I’ve been using this crunchy slaw mix in so many of my meals lately (keen observers will spy it in everything from tacos, to poke bowls, to atop pozole!) so I can attest: you will definitely get a lot of mileage out of a single bag. It’s a fairly balanced blend of the three #organic constituents, though I wouldn’t have minded a few more slivers of carrot. Each of the #vegetables was crisp and fresh, and I appreciated the convenience factor. Only complaint: I think it could have been chopped a bit more finely; there was a massive cross-sectional wedge of red cabbage fully occupying a quarter of the bag’s volume.
