With chickpea, onion, tomato, spices & more, Saffron Road knows how to make convenience food delicious. (I’ve yet to find another brand that can coax so much flavor into an instant bag of food.) Tonight, I sautéed a few chunks of fried tofu, then mixed it into the chickpea Masala & served it over jasmine rice. Yum, a great pantry staple to have for those evenings when you don’t have the bandwidth to cook.
