Oooooh such nice #comfortfood ! Mushroom quinoa risotto with coconut milk and vegan cheese 😍 feels like a hug walking around the chilly streets of Cusco and it felt good in my belly. Loved the presentation in this big stone bowl. It had a few different sauces on top , mainly a tomato one that complimentes the dish well. Wish I had time to try everything here !
