Thick udon noodles in housemade 'seafood' broth, pleasant and savoury even without bonito flakes, dried fish, etc in dashi stock. Served along with pretty plum blossom 'fishcake' slices, inari beancurd puffs, nameko mushrooms, wakame seaweed, spinach, and tempura bits. I know Kistune Udon is supposed to come with inari, but the sweetness of it threw me off a bit haha... Definitely a lighter/cleaner tasting and more nutritionally balanced noodle dish at MCC compared to the other noodle dishes in the menu though! (Allium-free, $9.50) #sgvegan
