Had these for breakfast. I think I’ve tried the fluffy pancake mix before - this was just for plain ones. We need to add plant milk to the flour mixture and then cook. It’s pretty easy , cooks quick, not too sweet but doesn’t have much nutritional value. When I make pancakes I usually add some flaxseed or vanilla protein powder. The ingredients of this mix was just wheat flour, baking powder, brown sugar and salt so not really worth it imo.
1 small pack makes about 4 medium size flat pancakes.
