This is our pizza by default in Brussels. 🙊
Otomat serves a Belgian twisted slow food variant on the traditional pizza, and it does not deceive. 😎
The Dirty Vegan keeps an Italian tomato base, but layered with long slices of wheat meat, red onions, raw white cabbage, pickles and onion crisps, all topped with a savoury garlic sauce. 😋
The Belgian beer yeast used in the dough gives the pizzas a perfectly thin and crispy crust. 🤤

Cute presentation with a non-so conventional combination of ingredients, Dirty Vegan is a winner for us. 🏅🤎
