A welcome sight after a weekend away eating the general offerings in village pubs of Plant burgers and fried food. I was craving salad and veggies and luckily in a service station on the long journey home, I found this. Cucumber, Edamame beans, apple pieces with a spicy, sharp ginger sauce. It was lovely, tasted fresh and sharp. Expensive doesn't even cover it but it was a service station. A thumbs up though as a quick snack.
