These were crispy, seasoned cauliflower, spinach, and potato fritters in a very tasty batter made with Bengal Gram flour, which is made from small yellow lentils. They came with a sweet, tangy brown sauce and a bright, herby green sauce. They were fun and satisfying, and the portion size was very generous. (Gluten-free)
