These mini #keylime pies are so good! The key lime in the middle is a perfect combination of tart and sweet, and has that wonderful subtle lime flavor. It's so smooth and #creamy. The pie crust on the outside has a slight salty flavor that blends perfectly with the sweet middle, it has a nice crumbly texture and isn't crunchy.
