This oatgurt / yogurt was an impromptu purchase at my local Metro. Admittedly, I was not impressed with this item. After lifting the lid, the off-white / gray colour was not appealing, nor was the texture; it seemed jelly-like instead of something creamy. Maybe this is the influence of the oat base which is the first ingredient listed on the container.
The taste was ok. Perhaps my perception was already tainted by its appearance.
The oatgurt / yogurt is a good source of a variety of vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamins A, D and B12, riboflavin and calcium.
I might buy this again, or possibly another flavour, but I certainly wouldn’t pay full price. I might be enticed to get it again on sale.
