This dish was described as "The ultimate Mediterranean bowl. On a bed of baby spinach and brown rice, tahini, green harissa sauce, fresh cucumbers, pickled turnip, four crispy falafels, topped with delicious pickled red onion and avocado."

Sounded amazing. Looks #incredible
