I love tofu, really in any form. I was intrigued when I saw this edamame flavored tofu. The silken tofu was a pretty green color (sorry no photo) but the flavor was really subtle. It was delicious with a quick garlic gochugaru chili oil (inspired by The Foodie Takes Flight on IG) and sautéed spinach.
