Pineapple 🍍 is one of my favorite fruits. When choosing a pineapple I always pick the one with the most yellow coloring. The selection at the store was pretty green so this one took about half a week more before it was vibrant and fragrant enough to dig in to (photo #2 is day of purchase). It is so delicious! Juicy, flavorful and sweet! I’ll sometimes eat pineapple with other fruits or in a yogurt bowl but I prefer to savor it on its own.
