This is a take-away dish purchased from The Walnut Tree, after having a delicious vegan meal there. Most of their food is vegan (with some vegetarian). Some of the best vegan restaurant food I ever had. They also sell take-away food. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a way to purchase it online, you have to pick it up from their restaurant. But, trust me, it is worth the journey! This Morocca inspire dish is just one of the selection. I was afraid it will be too sweet for me, but it’s actually perfectly balanced and full of exotic flavours. Well done to this restaurant for promoting vegan food, especially as they are located in the middle of nowhere and probably have a lot of animal farmers around who would wrinkle their noses. Please go there and give them business if you can. You won’t be disappointed.
