Flavorful, colorful, tangy, and not too sweet. All I did was coat some yuba knots (photo 1) and tofu (photo 2) in corn starch, pan fry them, and coat with the sauce. Super easy. There’s enough in the bottle to generously coat two 16-oz packages of tofu.
