My partner in vegan crime @gregcombs fam lives in Pensacola, and he always talks about End of The Line (for as long as I've known him!) He loves the pink potato salad. We make it here, now!
There's also a food truck he likes called Loudoe's close to the bridge to get to Navarre Island! It's not all vegan, but they multiple vegan burgers!
