I love #thosai and can have it any time of the day 😊 Or night 🤪 This was a late-night dinner as we finished work at 10.30. But even then I wasn't as tired as the food looked 😏 Reasonable flavour from the batter and especially the leftmost spicy chutney. Not super crispy but does enough. They assured me that anyway they wouldn't use ghee unless you specifically requested (and paid) for it 😅
