The vegan adaptation of the Roots menu at Mirazur was an exceptional dining experience. The menu consisted of a beautiful appetizer, nine courses, and delectable petit fours. Each dish was carefully crafted and presented in a visually stunning manner. The flavors were fresh, vibrant and perfectly balanced.
