Very convincing soy 'minced meat' with bits of long beans, basil leaves, and cut chilli! Savoury and spicy with some slightly 'fatty' bits, easily the best vegan Pad Kra Pao I've eaten. Appreciated that there was a side of leafy greens in umami vegan oyster/fish sauce with some crunchy 'pork lard'. Also came with a small bowl of clear soup. Unfortunately the weak link was the rice, which tasted like pandan chicken rice that seemed rather out of place, plus it was dry and clumpy in texture. Hope the rice can be improved to round out what would otherwise have been a really good dish. Holiday special, not part of the regular menu! (Allium-free, $5.50) #sgvegan
