I am generally not a fan of chain restaurants. But—when in a pinch—this is a delicious, healthy, and vegan-friendly option. Tons of hot and cold veggie options (all quite fresh). The tofu in nicely prepared (pan seared, not deep fried). Even the kimchi is vegan (no fish ingredients). And the miso soup—which is wonderful—is complimentary.
