You know how people say they can’t go vegan because “cheese”? We all know that’s excuses. I went vegan almost 8 years ago. Even as a French, I did not care I would never eat cheese again, I just did not want to fund any part of the horrific dairy industry. I just did it.

Over the past few years there have been amazing vegan cheese on the market.
I thought that was it.

But this one? It’s the king 👑

I bought it at Al Natura, it was in the dairy section and I almost missed it because of that - but I’ve known about this brand for years so I could recognize it.

Stinky, creamy and sharp taste: this is the perfect camembert. Truly outstanding, like the kind you would find at a high end creamery.

The great thing is also, the cashews are mechanically deshelled.

I also noticed the sharp taste... does it also hurt in your throte or it's just me? I never knew of any allergies but that cheese hurts me a bit, so I start to worry...
