The Cremozza neither tastes nor feels like Mozzarella (what I think it’s supposed to be). Nevertheless I like it. It tastes like a creamy cream cheese, just fresh and milky. Had it in my salad too but prefered it on the bread.
It is based on almonds, has quite some fats, half saturated, low in sugar and salt – fine I‘d say.
