I'm not usually one for salads, but I thought I'd try something different. This was delicious! Very flavourful (thanks in part to the peanut dressing) and with tasty tofu, I shocked myself by finishing it (something I rarely do in restaurants). This was served warm, which is unusual for a salad. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to break their addiction to vegan junk food. #salad #plantbased
