The second dish of the Carnaval menu was this #eattherainbow salad! Super tender, fresh-picked salad greens provided a base for breaded Heura no-chicken chunks, pistachios, walnuts, so-sweet cherry tomatoes and shreeded cheese. The creamy dressing had a hint of blue-cheese taste, accompanying the toppings of glutrn-free croutons and flower petals, a true symphony of flavors! Why would anyone choose to eat cruelty when there are such wonderful places and options?!?!
