Oobli has a unique approach to drastically reduce sugar content & therefore environmental impact. I really want to like their initial product, but the taste is not good. Chicory root fiber is the second ingredient, which unfortunately dominates & leaves a lingering unpleasant aftertaste. Hopefully they improve future versions. For now, though, I would skip this initial version.
