This was a nice burger, this. Served with guac, tomates and fried onions in a seeded bun.

Bali bowls is an vegan oasis in a town that celebrates animal cruelty. Nimes is a really pretty town, but bullfighting is a prominent part of their past and present, and my do they love to celebrate that. It’s extremely heartbreaking to say the least. And to top it off there’s little in terms of food across the town. At least in Bali bowls I feel a bit of hope. They’ve got loads of good food too. And friendly folk.
