Petit Pot has done a lovely job with their plant-based puddings — they’re dreamily smooth, with a light, whipped texture and rich dark chocolate flavor. One of my non-vegan family members commented that it seemed a bit too slippery, though it also exceeded her expectations. One step at a time!
This #dessert was a bit sweet for my #teamdarkchocolate taste, but not cloyingly so. It didn’t have a very noticeable coconut milk flavor, either. I thought that the serving size was appropriate, although they run pretty expensive — I’ve seen them sold full-price at $3 apiece. I believe it’d be worth it as an occasional treat. As a bonus, it comes in the cutest little glass jar, which I can’t wait to reuse in my kitchen.
