Monkeyhead mushrooms with bell pepper and carrot slices, plus a generous heap of crunchy roasted cashews! Pretty good rendition of a classic caifan / zichar dish with savoury spicy gongbao sauce and dried red chillies. Personally found the monkeyhead mushrooms quite tough (almost like soy 'meat'); would have preferred it to be slightly more tender. Had this at a catered buffet on board a junkboat. P.S.
