Truly exceptional! It’s so rare to get something this creative for breakfast. I was expecting an ordinary tofu scramble but wow this was brilliant!
Perfectly seasoned and scrambled tofu sitting on a bed of crispy sautéed kale and with moist and tender chunks of sweet potatoes and caramelized onions. I could eat this for breakfast every day!
If you’re in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and have a friend that’s a member here definitely get them to invite you here. I had breakfast with one of our abillion investors and so grateful for this experience.
