Chewy mushroom texture and tasty but I liked this slightly less than the spicy flavoured one (previous review). Even the spicy one tasted a little sweet, and this BBQ flavour felt even more sweet (or less spicy?) It made for a decent snack though but I'm not likely to purchase again. I've never tried meat jerky so the appeal of meat substitute isn't there for me.
