I'm very happy to share Miso Master Mellow White miso which is a certified plastic neutral (packaged) product. The miso itself is a great addition to many recipes, it is non-gmo, organic and gluten free. With only 20 calories per serving this miso still adds 1 g of protein while mostly just serving as a condiment for Asian cooking, but it also can be included in diverse vegan dishes like homemade tofu ricotta for a plant based lasagna.
