I used this Strawberrry jel to make a vegan #strawberry #pretzel “salad” it’s more like a cheese cake tbh, when I first opened this package of strawberry jel, it smelled 😻 amazing!
It does smell like artificial 🍓 but it still smell really good, just like the smell it does taste like artificial 🍓 and it tasted pretty sweet too. I have tried their vanilla pudding and that one was good too, I would probably purchase this jel again, but would like to try some of their other flavors.

Instead of coconut cream, lite coconut milk * not shaken up* instead of 16 oz of cream cheese used 8oz of Forager unsweetened cashew yogurt, and used Tabitha Brown strawberry cream cheese instead of Regular, and only used one box of strawberry jel, and only about 2 cups strawberries only for the top.
