This no-prawn sandwich looks incredible, and the prawn pieces (seaweed based) have a remarkably realistic texture. I also liked the crunchy lettuce.
I felt the Marie Rose sauce could have been a little sweeter and a little less acidic, for a better flavour. I also felt the protein content was a bit low at 8.7g per pack.
However, I'm really impressed with the innovative idea and at £1.99 it was very reasonably priced too!
The cardboard element of the packaging can be recycled, but you have to remove the film first.
