Oooooh my goodness this is good! Simple but classic and delicious. The Roma tomatoes have the perfect amount of sweetness and all of the ingredients are balanced well. I enjoyed this with some garlic and herb crostini and it was the perfect appetizer. Of course this would also taste lovely on a crusty baguette or on pasta or pizza. TJ also has a jarred shelf stable version which is good - but this refrigerated one is outstanding.
