The applewood and smoked flavor is prominent in this “ham”. I prefer it warmed up in the oven but it can be enjoyed fresh out of the package. It is thinly sliced but holds it’s shape when peeling it off the other slices. Great with grilled cheese and in combination with others. I like it on a hot italian sub. Satisfies the craving!
