I’m a sucker for a cashew cheese so when I found this variety at Grocery Outlet I swooped it up for our game day snack board. Though I do enjoy it, I wouldn’t repurchase this variety as I find their other varieties more tasty. I guess I anticipated more of a peppery flavor but it wasn’t very seasoned. It’s a good cheese for leveling up a cracker/crostini/toast/sandwich with other items. I think it would actually be pretty nice dolloped on a pizza.
