This consisted of pan-fried meaty, crispy, and fatty 🐷-free pork belly on bánh hỏi celebration noodles (rice vermicelli woven into intricate bundles) with fresh cilantro, mint, scallion oil, and savory, sweet, and spicy chili 🐟-free sauce. Comes with fresh lettuce and is meant to be wrapped up and dipped in the sauce. Yum!
