This restaurant surprisingly have vegan options. I had this salad fully veganized (asked them to remove the cheese). It has lettuce, arugula, roast bell pepper purée, grilled pumpkin, grilled tomatoes, fried onions, basil, fried corn, and toasted nuts. And it was one of the best tasting salads I’ve ever had.
