Freshly prepared hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. This is the only authentic Japanese restaurant I have ever been to that has a whole dedicated vegan menu! Please go visit, they asked us how we found them so I don't think they get many foreign vegan visitors, and it would be great to support them. It is a real feeling izakaya, food is cooked and then put on a hot plate on your table so it doesn't get cold while you eat.
