I just had to review this tofu brand because how it absorbed the marinade tasted amazing - like ginger clouds! It is a firm #tofu type, as recommended by the 30 minute Crispy Ginger Tofu & Green Bean Stir Fry Noodles recipe @veganeasychallenge from veganeasy.org. (approved by this #lazyvegan) Combined with thicc Singaporean noodles, I made a dish that looked simple yet was mouthwatering and flavoursome. On recommendations from the significant other, I just added a spoonful of sesame oil to the marinade.
