Follow Your Heart is my favorite brand. There isn’t a product yet I haven’t liked. The shreds will melt once they are mixed in the dish or you microwave it. I don’t really use a microwave. So I top my food with it, heat it, then mix it up. This is great on it’s own too. If you were a lover cheese prior to being vegan, you probably reached into a bag of cheese and took a pinch. That can be done with this. This brand makes it so easy to be vegan. The quality is good at a cost that is less than other top brands.
The company itself is powered by solar power, they have a zero waste commitment, and have been zero waste certified.
