must be one of the best vegan cheese alternatives i've tried. i tried most od the feta analogs and this one is incomparable. the texture is perfect and it's the first time that flavour reminds me of the real cheese (though it maybe just that i forgot what its like 🙃)
works perfectly in dishes where you would put 'real' feta, just not with the hot ones, as it can melt.
