This consisted of rice noodles, tofu, soy curls, JUST Egg, beansprouts, chives, crushed peanuts, and cilantro, plus a vibrant, savory, slightly sweet, crunchy house peanut sauce that we highly recommend. With an abundance of delicious contrasts of flavor and texture, it was hearty and intensely satisfying.
