In a (cashew) nutshell Fauxmage is a vegan creamery hand crafting "cheese" like no udder as well as dairy-free butter

Our chevre-style cashew cheese is like a thick cream cheese. It can be sliced, smeared, or stirred into hot dishes like pastas or risottos. Made from cultured cashew nuts and seasoned with a bit of nutritional yeast for extra 'cheesiness'.

Natural Chevre-Style Cashew Cheese

My first Fauxmage experience. Very tasty. Thicker than I expected so I used quite a lot. Had it on a bagel with a cucumber and beetroot salad. Purchased from the new Wellness Warehouse in Stellenbosch Square. #stellenbosch
