A little dry but the delicious creamy icing made up for it.
Ingredients: Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour (non GMO), buckwheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, carrots, apple, coconut, vanilla, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cinnamon, olive oil, coconut cream, lemon, erythritol, salt.
