Served with sliced shiitake mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms along with roasted cashews. I liked the vegan pesto cashew cream which was pretty fragrant despite being allium-free! My non-veg father also loved this, possibly also because he's a fan of nuts. However I did feel that it got somewhat monotonous halfway through; perhaps there could have been a dash of black pepper / chilli flakes / Jalapeño / lemon juice. (Allium-free, $11.50) #sgvegan #halal
