
Sometimes - when I want lightness without sacrificing the pleasure of the palate - I replace bread (but also focaccia, crackers and many other more caloric starchy foods 😛) with rice cakes (which I'm trying from all brands 🔍). These rice cakes from organic farming are good and fragrant but at the same level as the less expensive ones. Furthermore, I would have preferred the calorie intake per portion of rice cakes to be indicated on the package - and not per 100 grams - I had to calculate the calorie intake per 1 rice cake ➕➖➗🤕
