Ethos is our number one go-to spot for dining out, hands down. They always have a great selection of nice beers, including a rotating sour that never disappoints. Bruschetta is a classic appetizer, and Ethos’ vegan version certainly lives up to the name. We’ve had it several times and this time it was the best, everything was balanced perfectly. I would have reviewed their chicken wrap as well if I didn’t forget to snap a photo before devouring it >_<

Original bruschetta is actually vegan ;) just bread, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes and oregano :) but your version looks good too
:D no problem, every country has "original plates" from other countries...done in a not original way XD
