This is a really filling spread of food. You get so many distinct flavors that can all still play well off of eachother. The refreshing cucumber mint relish with the sour arugula is basically the best salad I've had. Creamy grilled avocado with sweet potato (my personal fav) and the crispy on the outside quinoa meatball is another superior bite. Made me feel healthy, like a gazelle.
