A very good veganized mayo. Tastes great in sandwiches, wraps, mixed with different spices and sauces to make a dip/sauce, etc. When I was a kid, I ate mayonnaise sandwiches (just mayonnaise spread in between two slices of white bread) probably at least a couple times a week. I still do on occasion! Lol
